How to place an order?

Placing an on-line order with G.B. Frank International is easy. There’s no need to create an account first. Once you have placed your first order, your on-line account will be permanently established.

Finding Items

You will first need to browse or search for the items you wish to order. The keyword “search” box is located in the upper right-hand corner of nearly every page on our site. Simply enter the name of the product you’re seeking or if shopping by catalog, the item number listed beside each product, then click “Go.” To read more specific information on any product, click the image to be taken to the “detail” page.

Adding Items to Your Shopping Cart

When you find an item you wish to purchase from GBFrank.com, click the “Add to Shopping Cart” button corresponding to any individual product. When you have added this item into your shopping cart, click “Continue Shopping” to keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you wish to purchase. You may access your shopping cart at any time by simply clicking on “View Cart” in the upper portion of any page.

Personal Information and Shipping Details

Complete all manditory information designated by asterisks (*), tell us where you would like your order to be shipped and which method of shipping you prefer. Then choose a password associated with your account and record it for future reference.

What shipping options are available?

Click on the button GET SHIPPING RATES under the shipping options and it will show you the different shipping methods and pricing for your order for each shipping method.

*Please note: Orders are shipped on business days, Monday through Friday. Second day and overnight service does not apply when orders are placed after 2 pm, central standard time, on holidays or on Saturdays and Sundays. G.B. Frank International is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments.

When will my order be shipped?

Most of our merchandise is shipped within 24-hours of placing your order. On-line orders placed after 3 pm central standard time on Friday or orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays are processed the following business day for shipment.

Payment Options

The only payment option we accept at this time on line is Credit Cards.

Checkout

Select “Continue to Checkout” and carefully review the information you have provided to ensure its accuracy. Please complete the appropriate information requested and then “Check Out.”

We will send you an e-mail confirmation that your order has been received.

As a returning GBFrank.com customer, all personal information and various ship-to addresses excluding credit card details, will be made available for expedited shopping. Login in using your e-mail address and password created during your first purchase.  If you have forgot your password click on the Forgot Password link fill in your e-mail address and an e-mail will be sent immediately with your account password.

I can't find an item I am looking for.

You may type the name of any product in the search box located in the upper right hand corner of our site. Simply type in a phrases such “Decals,” “Terminal,” or “Presenters” then press the enter key or the “Go” button. Products that match the criteria used will then appear. You may also enter a product’s item number from our catalog to see only that specific item.
